Andrea Wimmer, an Austrian lawyer practicing in Phoenix, has always had a deep connection with her homeland, Austria, though her interest in the U.S. criminal justice system led her to pursue a legal career in the United States. After completing her Juris Doctor degree in Connecticut, she settled in Arizona, where she established a reputable law practice assisting Arizona residents in financial trouble before returning to her true passion, criminal law in early 2023.

Despite her successful career in the United States, she still considers herself an “Austrian living in America” and takes great joy in taking American friends to see the astonishing beauty of Salzkammergut, the picturesque region in Austria known for its enchanting lakes and majestic landscapes where she grew up and the source of all the images on this website.
